Beschreibung

• Lead and mentor a world-class team of Partner Solutions Engineers • Foster strategic relationships with technology partners and key alliances • Drive Cloudera's technology alliances strategy • Manage joint go-to-market and co-engineering initiatives with major partners • Interpret complex customer problems and design winning solutions • Present roadmaps, technical vision, and business outcomes to developers, CTOs, CIOs, and other stakeholders • Move prospects through the sales pipeline to close deals through RFPs, hands-on labs, proof of concepts, and technical wins • Collaborate with the Channels & Alliances team on sales plays focused on acquiring new logos • Develop initiatives and programs with internal teams and partners to strengthen Cloudera's capabilities and deliver joint solutions • Provide market and product feedback to Engineering and Product Management • Act as a player/coach and build leadership relationships across internal and external stakeholders • Represent Cloudera as a technology evangelist through blogs, industry events, and community engagement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience building, leading, and managing high-performing solution engineering or alliances teams • Experience working with System Integrators (GSIs/RSIs) to build, deliver, or monetize joint offerings • Experience collaborating with Software and Hardware Partners (ISVs/IHVs) on co-engineering and solution certification • Good understanding of hyperscaler cloud architectures and ability to collaborate with Cloud Service Providers • Experience managing joint business initiatives, including co-sell programs and marketplace integrations • Strong foundation in the Big Data ecosystem, including Spark, Hive, and Impala • Knowledge of modern data management principles, including separate storage and compute environments • Comfort with Infrastructure, including Kubernetes • Comfort with Java, .NET, Python, and SQL • Four-year degree (Bachelor's) from an accredited university • Ability to travel domestically and internationally • Prior SI joint go-to-market strategies or cloud partnership programs experience preferred • Solution Architecture/Engineering experience preferred • Familiarity with GenAI and traditional AI concepts from a pre-sales point of view preferred • Experience with NiFi, Kafka, Flink, HBase, or Cassandra preferred • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
