Beschreibung

• Lead system integration projects with customer development teams, Samsara partners, third-party systems integrators, or independently using Samsara web integration technologies • Design and develop complex project scopes, technical specifications, and business requirements from design through delivery • Plan complex projects involving multiple people, dependencies, uncertainty, risk, and impact • Account for maintainability, portability, scalability, and reliability in technical designs • Build robust, scalable integration architecture for real-time data streaming, event subscriptions, and batch processing • Build, test, validate, and review code for complete, high-quality deliverables • Advise and document integration best practices using Samsara APIs and products • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide actionable feedback • Share best practices and knowledge with Samsara’s product team and developer community • Advocate for customer experience and collaborate with the Developer Ecosystem team to improve API features • Contribute to Professional Services methodologies and tools • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing integration solutions using proven architecture methodologies • Experience gathering data integration requirements and translating them into technical data designs • Ability to write, read, and understand Python and one additional programming language, such as JavaScript or AppScript • Proficiency with LLM-based tools for code generation, prompt engineering, automation, and developer productivity • Experience with agentic workflows, including designing, orchestrating, and deploying multi-agent systems for enterprise use cases • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Hands-on experience building or working with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and modern databases • Hands-on experience with customer evaluations and deployments, managing multiple customer engagements in parallel • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving stakeholders including C-level executives • Strong written communication and presentation skills • Proficiency using GitHub for version control and collaboration • Experience with modern Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is listed as ideal • Minimum 3+ years of customer-facing experience building and supporting enterprise-scale integrations or API scripting is listed as ideal • Familiarity with B2B system integration projects and workflows • Consistent track record configuring and deploying complex technical solutions • Tinkering with hardware gadgets, sensors, or vehicles is a plus • Familiarity with fleets and logistics is a plus • Understanding of vehicle diagnostic systems is a plus
