Beschreibung

• Lead AI-driven discovery and requirements sessions • Identify opportunities for intelligent decisioning, automation, and optimization • Translate client needs into end-to-end AI-enabled solutions • Design and deliver scalable Bureau Composer implementations • Build real-time decisioning workflows and standard or custom solutions • Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and AI solution workshops • Guide production deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of AI-powered solutions • Partner with Sales and Product to identify expansion opportunities and increase incremental revenue • Ensure alignment on security, compliance, and data governance frameworks, including FCRA, FACTA, IAM, and data protection • Build reusable AI solution patterns, accelerators, and strategies • Partner with clients, sales, and other teams • Lead the end-to-end solution lifecycle from client requirements to production-ready architectures • Report to the Senior Director, Solutions Design

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, AI Solutions, or Systems Architecture in client-facing roles • Practical AI application experience with LLMs, automation workflows, and enterprise AI use cases • Experience translating requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions • Ability to simplify complex concepts • Working knowledge of security practices, IAM, data protection, and compliance frameworks • Experience in credit, fraud, identity, or risk analytics domains • Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience with Python or SQL • Experience supporting pre-sales or solution consulting engagements • Hands-on experience applying LLMs or ML models in real-world or production use cases • Experience building or implementing AI-driven workflows, automation, or decisioning solutions • Experience integrating AI into APIs, applications, or enterprise systems • Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or LLM orchestration frameworks • Experience designing AI-enabled business solutions beyond proofs of concept • Experience with API-first, microservices-based architectures • Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and S3 • Experience with real-time and event-driven systems • Experience with data integration and distributed system design • SQL and data analysis for validation and troubleshooting • Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and data integration patterns • Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Knowledge of credit risk decisioning, fraud and identity decisioning systems, bureau data, and decision strategies
