Beschreibung

• Review and analyze business requirements or use cases to create technical solutions outside the normal Information Services production environment • Identify and implement automation tools to eliminate manual processes and improve existing systems • Create business-enabling tools, error-handling solutions, and productivity improvements while adhering to technical specifications, industry development standards, and SLAs • Independently test and debug code and participate in testing other developers' projects • Act as departmental business coordinator on small to medium and moderately complex projects • Provide consultative support to team members and business partners across business areas • Interview business partners to discover requirements, document as-is and to-be processes, and develop metrics and success criteria • Document and track project plans and work deliverables • Coordinate with business partners to keep projects on plan • Communicate development and production issues to project teams and managers • Develop and manage implementation plans with business areas • Create training materials and support documentation, including user guides, and train end users • Provide post-implementation warranty support, problem resolution, root cause analysis, and tool performance trending • Provide system administration and coordination oversight as needed • Communicate actions, business impacts, and expected results at the appropriate level

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required), or 5+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of degree • 3+ years of experience in a related field • Familiarity with SAS PROC SQL, Tableau, and VBA for data analysis, reporting, and process automation is a bonus • Experience in Health Insurance or Healthcare related field is a plus • Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
