Beschreibung

• Design, oversee, configure, and develop advanced Calypso solutions and multisystem integrations across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Collateral, Risk, Accounting, Settlements, and Reporting functions • Optimize workflows, platform functionality, and system efficiency while reviewing and approving solutions produced by other team members • Serve as the technical and thought leader for the Calypso platform and mentor solution developers, software engineers, analysts, and support team members • Facilitate sessions with business and technology stakeholders to define epics, features, user stories, functional requirements, and technical requirements • Perform fit-to-standard and gap analysis and recommend configuration-first solutions or controlled customizations • Translate business requirements into solution designs, technical specifications, configuration designs, interface mappings, implementation plans, test scenarios, and operational support documentation • Design and develop Calypso configurations and extensions supporting trade capture, lifecycle processing, workflows, data, pricing, positions, collateral, confirmations, settlements, accounting, interfaces, and reporting • Drive secure API, messaging, file-based, and service-oriented integrations with trading, market data, collateral, payment, settlement, accounting, regulatory, and enterprise data systems • Lead upgrades, migrations, cloud, infrastructure, and modernization initiatives • Drive system management, optimization, performance monitoring, scalability, resiliency, recoverability, and operational efficiency • Coordinate lifecycle plans and present strategy, timelines, dependencies, risks, and budget considerations to senior leaders • Lead unit, integration, regression, user acceptance, performance, resiliency, and production validation activities • Define acceptance criteria, review test cases, support defect triage, and ensure requirements traceability • Lead incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, escalation, and corrective/preventive actions • Provide senior-level production support for complex Calypso incidents involving logs, interfaces, messaging, batch processes, reports, market data, trade processing, and environmental dependencies • Deliver continuous improvement, automation, observability, and platform optimization strategies • Maintain communication and documentation for designs, architecture decisions, configurations, interfaces, deployments, runbooks, testing, and recommendations • Lead compliance, security, data protection, risk mitigation, governance, quality standards, analytics, and reporting activities • Collaborate with Nasdaq, implementation partners, vendors, infrastructure, architecture, cybersecurity, data, and application-owner teams • Maintain internal control standards and complete related duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate’s degree and a minimum of 7 years' solutions development and/or relevant enterprise technology experience, or a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' solutions development and/or relevant enterprise technology experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years' education and/or work experience including a minimum of 5 years’ solutions development and/or relevant enterprise technology experience • Expert proficiency in a minimum of one relevant platform • Expert proficiency with the Nasdaq Calypso fintech platform, including hands-on experience in Calypso solution design, configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment, or production support • Experience supporting capital markets technology and understanding trade lifecycle processing • Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical Calypso solutions • Experience troubleshooting complex application, integration, workflow, data, and production issues • Experience with Calypso functional areas including FX, fixed income, interest-rate products, collateral management, margin processing, settlements, confirmations, accounting, risk, or regulatory reporting • Hands-on development experience with Java and enterprise application design patterns • Experience with SQL and relational database platforms such as Oracle or PostgreSQL • Experience with REST or SOAP services, XML, JSON, messaging, and file-based enterprise integrations • Experience with Linux or UNIX, shell scripting, application logs, batch processing, and performance troubleshooting • Experience with Git-based source control, automated builds, CI/CD pipelines, and controlled deployment processes • Experience with Calypso upgrades, migrations, cloud-hosted environments, or platform modernization
