Beschreibung

• Lead the design and implementation, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance • Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements, goals, and challenges and translate them into robust Salesforce solutions • Translate financial, compliance, and regulatory requirements (GLBA, SEC, FINRA, GDPR) into secure, performant technical blueprints and data models • Develop technical designs including data models, system integrations, customizations, and user interfaces • Ensure alignment with Coastal best practices, platform limitations, and security standards • Mentor and coach the project team around Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, provide regular updates, and manage expectations • Evaluate new features and capabilities and recommend adoption strategies • Work with Delivery leadership and Account Owners to scope sales proposals • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively address issues, and escalate as necessary • Share best practices for client engagement, requirements gathering, solution presentations, and stakeholder management • Provide feedback to team members to reinforce excellence and accountability • Seek opportunities to innovate and adapt to changing business needs and industry trends • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert within Coastal and across the Salesforce ecosystem • Expand the company network, forge strategic partnerships, and drive business growth

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred • Multi-Salesforce certified • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-level implementations • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and experience in cross-cloud implementations • Strong expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, API development, and data migration strategies • Familiarity/Awareness in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, and guiding cross-functional teams • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Must have full-time permanent US work authorization
