Sie bietet zwei Hauptprogramme an — Split, bei dem Spenderinnen ihre Eizellen kostenlos einfrieren können, indem sie die Hälfte der entnommenen Eizellen spenden, und Keep, eine selbstfinanzierte, rabattierte Option — und unterstützt sowohl frische als auch gefrorene Eizellspende, LGBTQ+ Familien und landesweite Partnerschaften mit Kliniken. Beschreibung

• Lead scheduled video informed consent calls with prospective Split program participants • Confirm members meet logistical requirements and obtain informed consent for egg retrieval and donation • Answer members’ questions and follow up by email with relevant resources • Document updates and relevant information in member profiles • Educate Split members about third-party reproduction • Support member onboarding, including building and approving donor profiles • Assist with outreach to egg donor recipients and make outbound calls to newly joined intended parents • Monitor the inbound company line • Monitor and respond promptly to member and lead inquiries over email • Assist with scheduling, program clarifications, and general support • Collaborate with the broader Cofertility team to ensure seamless experiences and consistent communication • Surface observations, issues, and insights to relevant team members • Create process efficiencies to optimize the Split program application process and member experience

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2-3 years experience in a client-facing role, ideally in education, sales, patient navigation, or member support • Strong communication skills over Zoom, phone, and email • Comfortable discussing sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Solutions-oriented and a fast learner • Tech savvy • Proficient in Google Suite • Able to learn and manage Customer Success / Operations tools • Experience with egg donor software is a plus • Experience in healthcare is a plus • Eastern Time Zone preferred, but not required • Empathetic, curious, and adaptable • Strong attention to detail • Passionate about reproductive health and family-building
