Beschreibung

• Conduct research and analysis to understand internal customer pain points and create solutions prioritized into a clear roadmap • Drive Executive QBR planning cycles end-to-end, from company guidance through to final outputs • Maintain CORA's operating rhythms including weekly and monthly reporting, and represent CORA during audits and compliance exams with internal and external stakeholders including regulators • Partner with technical teams (IT, data, engineering) when solutions require more complex technical builds • Maintain all enablement resources including guidance, policies, procedures, FAQs, training materials, and AI agents • Identify and implement scalable solutions to systemic process and tooling challenges across both programs

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years in product operations or program management for software/product initiatives, with experience owning cross-functional programs end-to-end • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous or conflicting inputs into clear, actionable plans and drive them to completion • Experience partnering with technical teams and translating business requirements into tooling or process solutions • Proficiency in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and experience leveraging AI to automate and accelerate workflows • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to facilitate senior stakeholder dialogues and drive toward outcomes • Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
