Beschreibung

• Contribute to the design and development of new cloud-based software architectures • Own and deliver complete features, including design, architecture, implementation, testability, and deployment • Provide feedback on technical designs, proposals, and code • Analyze existing applications and databases and identify areas for improvement • Design and contribute to APIs supporting web and mobile user experiences • Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, taking features from concept through production release • Collaborate with other teams to create solutions • Troubleshoot software issues and debug a large codebase • Develop and execute unit and integration tests • Contribute to technical documentation to improve maintainability of software assets • Design and build scalable backend architecture powering PSA Set Registry, a consumer-facing platform for organizing, competing, and celebrating PSA-graded collections • Partner with product, design, and cross-functional teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of software engineering industry experience building backend software • Exposure to microservices, event-driven architectures, and batch processing • Strong proficiency in Python • Strong database and data-modeling fundamentals with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB • 5+ years of experience using AWS technologies such as Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and API Gateway • Experience with containerization and orchestration infrastructure such as Docker, Kubernetes, and ECS • Experience with infrastructure as code such as CDK/CloudFormation or Terraform • Experience collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to translate complex business requirements into clean, extensible APIs • Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Ability to visualize and document processes • Proficiency in security, documentation, and monitoring best practices • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Ability to work legally in the United States; Collectors uses e-Verify
