Beschreibung

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the camera and photo experience • Lead customer discovery to understand how contractors capture, share, search, and use photos in the field • Connect the camera experience to projects, documentation, reports, proposals, integrations, and communication • Partner with Engineering and Design to move from discovery to shipped work • Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria • Address technical problems involving device constraints, mobile performance, upload reliability, image quality, metadata, and offline behavior • Make tradeoffs for AI-powered features while balancing automation, user control, speed, and trust • Define and track metrics including adoption, capture behavior, upload success, workflow completion, retention, satisfaction, and business impact • Mentor other product managers • Align Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Customer Success, and Support around high-leverage problems • Shape the roadmap for CompanyCam’s most-used product surface • Improve contractors’ daily field work through faster capture and more useful photos • Set direction for responsible AI and automation across the platform

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping products that moved customer and business metrics • Experience owning a high-usage product surface, mobile experience, or core workflow product • History of taking products from concept through launch and iteration • Strong discovery, market research, and analytics skills • Track record of working closely with Engineering and Design on technically complex areas • Experience with camera functionality, photo workflows, mobile capture, media management, computer vision, or device-based experiences • Experience shipping AI-powered, automation-based, or data-driven features • Candidates must permanently and currently reside in the United States • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field, preferred, or equivalent practical experience • Experience building prototypes or working artifacts to test ideas quickly, preferred • B2B SaaS experience, preferred • Familiarity with practices outlined in Continuous Discovery Habits by Teresa Torres • Experience developing solutions for in-platform communications • Construction or contractor industry experience is a bonus
