Beschreibung

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, focusing on AI-powered features and workflow automation • Gather and translate customer, market, and data insights into actionable product requirements • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI platforms and tools to improve operational workflows and product capabilities • Manage and prioritize the product backlog according to AI-driven innovation goals • Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable solutions • Monitor product performance, adoption, and user experience, using AI insights where applicable • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows through AI and automation • Represent the product with partners and stakeholders, articulating AI strategy and value

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of product management or related experience • Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, tools, or solutions required, particularly for workflow improvements or automation • Ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance product functionality and operational efficiency • Experience working closely with software development and data teams • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented, partner-focused, and outcome-focused mindset • Experience in MSP, SaaS, or technology platforms preferred • Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, and Atlassian tools preferred • Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, or automation tools in a product environment preferred • Experience with ConnectWise or similar platforms preferred
