Beschreibung

• Executes efficient and professional practices for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting high performing talent ensuring service excellence, positive candidate experience, and timely results. • Implements and may develop, sourcing strategies contributing to proactive talent management using a combination of talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, internal talent mining, and other relevant methods. • Engages in detailed job scope conversations during the intake meeting with the hiring manager and TA team to determine position specifications for assigned requisitions. • Assist in the recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, screening resumes, and interview support. • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and coordinate influential candidate relationships during the selection process. • Develop a pool of qualified candidates, develop new channels of sourcing for our various locations. • Attend in-person and virtual job fairs in coordination with the TA team, HR, and Hiring Managers. • Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search to the Team. • Leverage the applicant tracking system to maximize quality and accuracy of applicant flow and drives timely review of applicants who have applied. • Works collaboratively with 3rd party vendors on recruitment searches for temporary roles. • Develops and provides accurate and regular reporting of sourcing activities and uses KPIs and trend analysis to proactively identify opportunities for service excellence. • Ensures timely completion and compliance with cGMP and all other relevant company training requirements. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related degree required or equivalent work experience • Minimally 1-2 years of demonstrated talent sourcing experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment required. • Proficiency and experience with ICIMS tracking systems preferred. • Strong knowledge of corporate policies and procedures. • Demonstrates discretion when dealing with confidential information. • Self-starter who demonstrates flexibility and who effectively works independently and in teams. • Strong detail orientation and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities. • Excellent communication skills. • Expert proficiency with Excel.
