Beschreibung

• Lead Delivery • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering change management support across the full Coupa suite (Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Asset Management) • Lead change management discovery workshops, identify stakeholder impacts, and design appropriate interventions • Create and execute change management strategies including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management • Develop and deliver communications and training materials, including job aids and instructor-led trainings • Monitor user readiness and adoption, identifying gaps and recommending solutions • Work collaboratively with functional and technical teams to ensure the people side of change is prioritized in delivery • Define and track success metrics, providing updates to project leadership and clients • Develop and Mentor the Team • Mentor team members through coaching, regular ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews • Actively support project teams in resolving complex issues • Contribute to Practice Growth • Engage in internal initiatives such as knowledge sharing, recruiting, or methodology development • Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of relevant experience in change management, consulting, or SaaS implementations • Proven experience leading change management across multiple full-lifecycle Coupa or enterprise technology implementations • Proven success delivering to large, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise clients • Track record of mentoring junior team members and building strong client relationships • Background in professional services, ideally with a focus in Procurement, Sourcing, and/or Supply Chain Management • Coupa certification preferred • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred • Willingness to travel when required by clients during critical milestones, approximately 25–50%
