Beschreibung

• Proactively identify new candidates across a broad spectrum of roles • Engage and attract passive candidates through sourcing and fielding applications • Manage full end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, interview processes, prescreening, and extending offers • Build relationships with hiring managers to discuss needs and determine applicant requirements • Understand the business and work closely with Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams • Build and leverage applicant channels, including social media, internet sites, LinkedIn, and job boards • Own individual candidate experience and provide a high-touch, personalized talent experience • Understand and comply with hiring policies, legislation, and guidelines • Manage weekly candidate tracking and reporting

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporation • Previous experience supporting Sales roles such as Sales Engineers, Regional Sales Managers, and Channel reps • Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment • Must have recruited for Cybersecurity or SaaS sales candidates • Strong sourcing experience, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and building Boolean Search strings • System savvy and organized • Experience using cloud applications including Workday, GoogleDrive, Word, GoogleSheets/Excel, and Box • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for tracking activity, applying filters, sorting, tables, and basic functions • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
