Beschreibung

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and in compliance with company policies • Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices • Prepare and process BACS, CHAPS, and cheque payment runs • Support AP Analysts with non-standard processes and escalations • Provide documentation for internal and external audits • Ensure compliance with VAT and relevant financial regulations • Communicate clearly and professionally with senior stakeholders and suppliers • Present to superiors and non-AP colleagues • Resolve supplier and internal escalations using judgement and prior experience • Share learning and support peers • Coach less experienced team members through challenging or non-standard scenarios • Deliver delegated tasks on behalf of the P2P Manager • Identify, review, and lead implementation of process improvements • Take corrective action and recommend solutions for errors and mistakes • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders • Contribute to the efficiency of the accounts payable function

🎯 Anforderungen

• Working knowledge of Excel and basic data analysis, including Pivot, Filter, and VLOOKUP • Working knowledge of Outlook and Word • Ability to produce basic PowerPoint presentations • Experience using SAP ECC6 or S/4 and VIM, or an equivalent ERP system • Knowledge of UK domestic VAT rates: Standard, Reduced, Zero Rated, and Exempt • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and non-AP colleagues • Ability to coach less experienced team members • Ability to support escalations and non-standard business processes • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
