Beschreibung

• Design, develop, and support Hyperion Planning, Financial Management (HFM), Essbase, Financial Reporting (FR), and Smart View solutions • Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Business teams to gather reporting and planning requirements • Perform data integration, validation, reconciliation, and financial data analysis • Optimize reporting processes and automate manual financial reporting activities • Support month-end, quarter-end, annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles • Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support for Hyperion and Power BI platforms • Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, security, and audit requirements • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive reporting modernization and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Business Tools • Strong experience with Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Essbase, Financial Reporting Studio, and Smart View • 3+ years of experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets • Proficiency in Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and report optimization • Experience integrating financial data from ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP, or similar platforms • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting processes • Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases • Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field • Equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant work experience will be considered • Preferred: Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS) • Preferred: Experience integrating Hyperion solutions with cloud-based data platforms • Preferred: Familiarity with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or hybrid analytics environments • Preferred: Knowledge of financial consolidation, close management, and regulatory reporting • Preferred: Experience with Power BI Premium, Fabric, and advanced analytics capabilities • Preferred: Exposure to Alteryx, Informatica, ODI, Data Factory, or similar integration tools • Preferred: Understanding of data governance, SOX controls, and audit compliance requirements • Preferred: Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices • Preferred: Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Oracle Hyperion / EPM Certifications, PMP, or Agile Certifications • Preferred: Experience supporting large-scale enterprise finance transformation initiatives
