Beschreibung

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Nest.js, Node.js, and Angular • Build reusable frontend components and responsive user experiences aligned with enterprise UX standards • Develop backend microservices and APIs supporting high-volume financial workloads • Integrate large language models into production applications • Develop intelligent assistants, copilots, workflow automation tools, and conversational experiences • Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, guardrails, and AI governance best practices • Build semantic search using embeddings, metadata filtering, and hybrid search techniques • Continuously tune, evaluate, and monitor response quality • Develop secure RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and event-driven integrations • Design scalable microservices architecture patterns • Develop agent-based workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks • Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and third-party financial platforms • Design multi-step workflows for complex business operations • Implement OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SSO authentication and authorization • Ensure enterprise security, compliance, data privacy, responsible AI, and model governance standards • Deploy and manage workloads on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud • Implement CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and Kubernetes deployments • Monitor application performance, AI costs, reliability, and operational metrics • Partner with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Security teams, and business stakeholders • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Contribute to technical architecture decisions and engineering standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, and Python • Frontend development experience with Angular, Micro Frontends, and modern frontend architecture • Backend development experience with Node.js, Nest.js, Java Spring/JPA, FastAPI, or equivalent frameworks • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, large-scale data processing, event-driven architecture using Kafka/Pulsar, and Spark • Experience with ELT/ETL, relational/NoSQL DBMS, vector databases, and cloud data platform integrations including dbt, Dagster, Airbyte, and Snowflake • Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure containerization, GitHub, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Docker, and Kubernetes • Experience with distributed systems tracing, metrics, and logging using Splunk, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, or similar tools • Experience with AI stack technologies including Claude Code, GraphRAG/Advanced RAG, MCP, LangChain/LangGraph, pgvector/Pinecone, DeepEval/Ragas/Arize Phoenix, and LangSmith/Langfuse or equivalent tooling • 5+ years of software engineering experience spanning frontend and backend development • Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered applications in production environments • Experience building enterprise-grade solutions supporting critical business processes • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus (preferred/desirable) • Experience in Financial Services, Banking, alternative asset management, or FinTech industries (preferred/desirable) • Experience in data pipelines and Data Lakehouse designs (preferred/desirable)
