Beschreibung

• Serve as the squad’s technical reference and the point person for demand flow, conducting technical triage, unblocking the team, and defining standards and quality criteria • Ensure technical consistency, quality, security, and maintainability across deliverables • Foster the team’s technical autonomy through documentation, delegation, and decision-making criteria • Ensure local decisions align with the architecture and platform • Provide the Tech Manager and PM with early visibility into technical risks and options • Lead AI adoption within the squad by applying AI-assisted engineering techniques and enabling the team • Drive service observability and monitoring, ensuring actionable logs, metrics, traces, and alerts • Lead technical discussions, guide implementations, and raise engineering standards • Review pull requests with a focus on risk, quality, and maintainability • Identify technical gaps and lead improvement plans through mentoring, pairing, and ongoing learning practices • Lead postmortems and preventive action plans • Connect technical needs with Product, Infrastructure, SRE, Data, and Architecture teams • Align risks, technical priorities, and team development with the Tech Manager and PM • Discuss decisions with system-wide impact with the Architecture team • Maintain consistency of standards, integration, and reuse with other Tech Leads • Participate in ceremonies, support decision-making, and resolve conflicts • Reduce deployment incidents, rework, rollbacks, and escaped bugs • Improve technical health, observability, adherence to platform standards, and AI-enabled productivity

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 5 years of experience in Software Architecture, with experience in backend, frontend, or data software development • Proficiency in Java 17+ with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Batch) • Experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs • Knowledge of GenAI applied to products • Experience with Git • Knowledge of relational databases: SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL • Knowledge of non-relational databases: MongoDB • Strong experience with Agile methodologies and technical refinement • Experience with cloud architecture, preferably AWS, including queues and storage • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with JUnit and Mockito • Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with Grafana, Kibana, and Datadog • Daily use of AI assistants, skills, and agents applied to coding, testing, and documentation • Ability to disseminate AI practices across the team • Ability to make decisions under uncertainty, articulate trade-offs, and take ownership of the outcomes of technical decisions • Experience with Clean Architecture is a plus • Experience with Domain-Driven Design and building reusable components is a plus • Advanced English proficiency is a plus
