Beschreibung

• Lead customer Proof of Value (POV) engagements by planning success criteria, executing hands-on technical validation, running stakeholder readouts, and driving clear outcomes and next steps. • Deliver tailored AI Security, data classification, and DLP product demonstrations, handle live technical Q&A, and align next steps based on outcomes. • Act as the primary technical advisor and expert in Cyera AI Security for sales teams, customers, and prospects. • Explain how Cyera secures the AI data lifecycle, including sensitive data discovery for training and inference and access governance for AI systems, alongside DSPM and DLP products. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape. • Understand customer AI adoption plans and data security challenges; design customized, feasible, scalable solutions aligned with Cyera best practices. • Develop and present technical proposals, solution blueprints, and integration strategies. • Build and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships; gather feedback, identify innovation opportunities, and provide post-sales implementation support. • Bridge sales, product management, and engineering teams; communicate customer needs and influence product roadmaps and feature priorities. • Represent Cyera at industry events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a technical presales role within cybersecurity or data security. • Strong understanding of AI and ML technologies including LLMs, copilots, RAG pipelines, and AI agents, and the emerging security and governance risks they introduce, such as shadow AI, data leakage, and model access control. • Working knowledge of data security fundamentals including data classification, DSPM, DLP, data access governance, and cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks. • Proven track record running technical POVs and demos that translate into technical wins. • Excellent communication skills able to speak credibly to both engineers and executive stakeholders, including CISOs, CDOs, and Chief AI Officers. • Self-starter comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. • Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements and industry events. • Based in the US, open to candidates in the Pacific or Mountain timezone. • Nice to have: Hands-on experience with DLP or DSPM tools such as Cyera, Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint, or Varonis. • Nice to have: Experience with AI governance frameworks or AI security posture management (AI-SPM) tooling. • Nice to have: Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
