Beschreibung

• Own IT and business systems operations for DataGrail's remote workforce, including endpoint management, identity, SaaS applications, access provisioning and deprovisioning, and renewal inventory • Provide hands-on desktop-level technical support and first-call resolution • Run device and account onboarding and offboarding • Partner with Security to build and maintain access controls, endpoint policies, and audit trails for ISO compliance • Execute day-to-day security workstreams with the security engineer, including tooling rollouts and access reviews • Build automation and self-service tooling to reduce manual ticket volume • Administer Apple's fleet, including MDM policies, OS upgrades, and hardware lifecycle • Manage IT vendors and the SaaS vendor management process • Partner cross-functionally to identify IT needs, align priorities, and enable self-service • Establish reliable helpdesk coverage within 90 days • Own endpoint and access management and implement foundational ISO controls and automation within 180 days • Position DataGrail for ISO audit readiness and strengthen control and audit posture within 365 days

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven, senior-level experience independently owning a distributed, remote-first IT environment at a company DataGrail's size, spanning endpoints, identity, and business applications • High autonomy and independent judgment with minimal day-to-day oversight • Hands-on experience administering MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, or Hexnode • Enterprise experience with Apple hardware and operating systems • Strong understanding of identity and access management tools such as Okta • Experience building or maturing security and compliance controls, ideally supporting ISO 27001 • Experience executing security initiatives including vulnerability remediation, tooling rollouts, and access reviews • Experience automating manual IT workflows through scripting or self-service tooling • Python scripting experience • Experience working with Claude Code and other AI tooling • Experience managing IT vendor relationships and technology spend through a formal vendor management process • Clear written and verbal communication skills • ISO 27001 or similar framework certification, or direct experience supporting an ISO audit (bonus) • Prior IT experience in a regulated industry or SaaS company handling sensitive data (bonus)
