Beschreibung

• Lead high-impact, enterprise-level Nutrition Services initiatives • Mentor a dedicated team of dietitians • Shape clinical programs that improve patient health and outcomes • Contribute to department goals and align nutrition initiatives with population health priorities • Lead clinical programs and assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes • Analyze clinical data and reporting dashboards to monitor program efficacy and improve clinical metrics • Develop content and conduct clinical training for Dietitians, Operations, and Clinical Leaders • Update resources and tools for field teammates • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain accurate nutrition information and revise educational materials • Draft and distribute Village-level Nutrition Services updates with Team Mercury and corporate communications • Promote patient and modality education and develop content for national dietitian calls • Support Nutrition Services Operations, Clinical Excellence Teams, and Divisional Lead Dietitians • Serve on the Nutrition Services National Team and participate in workgroups • Represent the department at national meetings and calls • Follow, communicate, and implement teammate guidelines, employment policies, and company procedures

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics • Registered Dietitian (RD) status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • State licensure/certification in dietetics where applicable • Expert-level dietitian clinical proficiency • Demonstrated experience driving clinical outcomes and metrics at a division level or above • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, DaVita-specific applications, and reporting platforms • Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record • Scheduling flexibility and ability to travel as needed • Fluent written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Healthcare Administration, or related field • Preferred: Board Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition (CSR) designation • Preferred: Prior experience in formal dietitian leadership and structured project management • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to shifting deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment • High standard of confidentiality regarding patient and teammate data • Ability to lift 2 to 20 pounds unassisted and perform repetitive sitting and standing, stooping, walking, stretching, and reaching • Ability to conduct conversations effectively, make clear presentations, and use computers, phones, and peripherals for extended periods
