Beschreibung

• Define and execute product strategy across integrations, SDKs, and infrastructure that help fintechs and exchanges embed onchain services into their platforms • Build deep expertise in fintechs and exchanges, understanding needs around compliance, custody, and user experience • Translate customer needs into products and partnerships that deliver measurable value • Launch and scale products enabling enterprises to offer yield, trading, payments, and other onchain financial products • Collaborate with DeFi protocols, infrastructure providers, custodians, and chain operators to accelerate ecosystem growth • Work with engineering, business development, design, and marketing to bring products from concept to launch and iterate quickly

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, consumer finance apps, or centralized crypto exchanges • Direct experience with onchain/DeFi products is a strong plus • Strong ability to engage with enterprise partners, uncover pain points, and translate them into actionable product requirements • Comfortable working across custody, wallet infrastructure, and protocol integrations • Solid understanding of fintech product mechanics such as trading, lending, and payments, or exchange infrastructure • Thrives in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and a rapidly developing regulatory landscape • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Belief that blockchains can make financial services more open, efficient, and accessible
