Beschreibung

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned product areas, from ideation through delivery and ongoing optimization • Translate complex business needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with Agile engineering teams • Act as Product Owner, providing vision, direction, and detailed requirements • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization using Jira • Gather and synthesize input from engineering, product, leadership, sales, support, external partners, and customers • Ensure alignment and transparency around product decisions, progress, and trade-offs • Develop and own processes and tools to collect, analyze, and present data for prioritization, risk management, and release planning • Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog • Communicate progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders • Ensure deliverables meet North’s Definition of Ready and Definition of Done • Manage escalations and communicate the impact of expedited or unplanned work • Collaborate with Product Managers and leadership to improve product management practices across North

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s (BA or BS) or equivalent experience • Four years previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Engineer, Product Analyst, or similar technical product roles • Proven experience working with Agile software development teams • Strong proficiency with Jira and modern product management software • Product Owner Certification (CSPO, etc.) preferred • Payments or fintech industry experience highly preferred • Exceptional attention to detail and technical depth, including system architecture, APIs, and data flows • Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices • Experience as a Product Owner on Scrum teams • Ability to break down complex business and technical problems into actionable requirements and deliverables • Skill in backlog management, roadmap planning, and cross-team coordination • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for prioritization and decision-making • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering high-value products • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Innovative thinker who embraces change and continuous improvement • Ability to travel up to 20%
