Beschreibung

• Own and drive the product roadmap, delivery, and strategy for the Secret Server/Vault product line • Lead the evolution of secrets management, credential rotation, session recording and control, and privileged account discovery • Bring vault capabilities onto Delinea’s cloud-native SaaS Platform • Translate customer problems into product or service solutions through strategic planning • Ensure vault architecture decisions account for high availability and disaster recovery at enterprise scale • Assess the competitive market and identify investment priorities • Define pricing and product positioning for SaaS delivery • Lead and mentor a product management team in agile development • Evangelize the product line to internal teams, analysts, partners, and customers • Collaborate with engineering, design, and user experience teams to build easy-to-use solutions • Build strategic customer partnerships to identify future market opportunities • Support product marketing initiatives, sales enablement, and technical marketing materials • Interface with engineering, documentation, sales, sales engineering, marketing, technical support, professional services, and other stakeholders • Report to the Senior Director of Product

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a successful track record of launching new products and delivering B2B software or services • Technical bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience • Cybersecurity experience and understanding of attack techniques and the security ecosystem • Ability to deliver messaging to technical and business audiences • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong knowledge of SaaS product delivery • Proven ability to research and develop product strategy • Experience collaborating with engineering teams to convert roadmap vision into product reality • Experience with information security or related products • Experience with secrets management, credential vaulting, or related security infrastructure • Familiarity with SOC 2, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP, and HIPAA compliance frameworks • Understanding of IT systems and operations, including networking, domains, remote access, and privileged accounts, is a strong plus • Master’s degree is a bonus • Willingness to travel up to 25% • Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check, education verification, and employment verification upon conditional offer
