Beschreibung

• Define and execute customer-centric product strategies for trusted AI and workflow experiences across the Paylocity platform • Set business direction for AI and Workflows platform capabilities, including user assistance, business-process automation, and guardrails • Identify customer co-creation opportunities and articulate quantified product value • Define business cases, product vision, customer value, success metrics, total cost of ownership, and corporate alignment • Design performance benchmarks and feedback loops for continuous improvement • Lead AI and Workflows platform initiatives from concept through launch and iteration • Translate strategic objectives into sequenced initiatives with scope, resources, risks, dependencies, milestones, and outcomes • Partner with Engineering, Data, UX, Security, Legal, and Compliance to deliver reliable, scalable, privacy-conscious enterprise products • Manage product lifecycle processes, JIRA hygiene, executive status communications, early-access feedback, launch readiness, and go-to-market execution • Drive metric-, experimentation-, customer-feedback-, and post-launch learning loops • Monitor customer pain points, market trends, competitor capabilities, and emerging AI and workflow technologies • Align cross-functional stakeholders across product development, commercial, customer, and governance functions • Present business cases, portfolio plans, tradeoffs, progress, and product impact reports to executives • Establish customer and early-access feedback loops to refine products and improve user experience • Define data governance and responsible-AI guardrails covering classification, access, retention, explainability, human-in-the-loop workflows, and reliability • Evaluate AI vendors, models, and platforms based on risk, value, scalability, and ROI • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop Product leaders and Product Managers across AI, Workflow, automation, and platform domains • Establish reusable patterns, frameworks, best practices, systems, and processes for AI product development and responsible workflow automation

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS degree or higher in a related technical field • 8+ years of Product Management experience • 3+ years in a senior or group product leadership role • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment • Experience shipping AI-enabled, data-driven, agent, automation, or platform products in B2B SaaS at scale • Experience shipping external workflow platform products in B2B SaaS at scale • Strong understanding of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, automation, analytics, and product feedback loops • Proven ability to lead and scale product teams and develop Product Managers and Product Leaders • Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills • Cross-functional experience with Engineering, Data, UX, Design, Legal, Security, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams • Experience developing product vision and strategy from customer needs, market insight, and business objectives • Track record guiding products through discovery, delivery, launch, iteration, and lifecycle management • Strong business acumen connecting product metrics, adoption, customer outcomes, operational risk, and financial performance to business impact • Strong systems thinking and ability to use performance benchmarks and feedback loops • Experience managing competing priorities, dependencies, sequencing, and tradeoffs • Ability to influence senior leaders and secure buy-in on product strategies, portfolio plans, and investment priorities • Curiosity and passion for innovation, continuous learning, responsible AI, and industry trends • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours per day • Ability to operate computers and phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously
