Beschreibung

• Define the EPM product vision and own the cloud product roadmap • Lead the growing portfolio of SaaS-first identity security solutions, focused on endpoint privilege management products • Own and articulate the multi-year product vision and strategy for key PAM solutions • Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog • Make trade-off decisions with agile development teams to deliver iterative, measurable value • Engage customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders to validate and refine product direction • Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support teams to ensure high-quality releases and timely feature delivery • Shape go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing, including positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing • Enable internal technical teams with context and training for product launches and customer success • Balance current-customer needs with opportunities to enter new market segments and use cases • Build business cases for investment decisions • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Marketing, UX, and Technical Writing to bring scalable, secure cloud features to market

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field • 6+ years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment • End-to-end ownership of an enterprise product line • 5+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security • Direct exposure to endpoint security, privilege management, or endpoint agent technologies • Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP • Deep knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux • Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and endpoint management tooling • Track record of taking enterprise products from concept to general availability and growing them into meaningful revenue • Certifications such as Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner are advantageous • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills • Experience presenting to executive leadership, analysts, and enterprise customers • Fluent in English • Willingness to travel up to 25% • Candidates must be based in the United States • Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check, education verification, and employment verification upon conditional offer
