Beschreibung

• Moderate and respond to comments across clients' social channels using each client's unique brand voice • Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement • Ensure online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines • Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed • Become an extension of clients' brands by understanding their strategy, tone, and audience

🎯 Anforderungen

• Outdoor sports experience, or relevant knowledge (required) • Strong written communication skills in English, including spelling, grammar, and clarity • Strong cultural awareness • Experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging • Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences • Familiarity with major social platforms such as Facebook; account use may be required depending on client needs • Ability to engage with varied content topics, including tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, and pharma • Strong organizational skills • Reliability and excellent customer service instincts • Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and a variety of shifts • Availability for shifts covering 8AM–4PM, 4PM–12AM, or 12AM–8AM North American Central Time
