Beschreibung

• Manage the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. • Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers for completed services. • Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payments. • Effectively communicate with assigned delinquent customers via outbound collection calls. • Record payments in the system and reconcile with outstanding invoices. • Follow up on overdue accounts, communicate with customers to resolve payment issues, and ensure timely collections. • Prepare and provide regular reports on the status of accounts receivable, aging reports, and cash flow projections. • Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or disputes with invoices or payments. • Identify and implement improvements in the accounts receivable process for greater efficiency. • Work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting.

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree • 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or service industry • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) • Strong written and communication skills required. • Strong organizational skills along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. • Prior collections experience is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines.
