Beschreibung

• Lead development of cloud-based software systems, including APIs and websites, within a multidisciplinary Agile team • Gather and document technical requirements • Interface with product managers, technical support, and customers to understand needs, provide integration/onboarding and sustaining support, and share customer feedback • Select development approaches that accommodate uncertainty in requirements and changing needs • Drive and influence technical architecture and design • Influence and evangelize platform capabilities and architecture to a larger audience • Apply development, testing, and deployment best practices in an Agile environment • Identify opportunities to optimize quality management and business processes • Support product assurance in diagnosing and resolving bugs • Participate in the application on-call rotation • Build low-latency, fault-tolerant shared services and APIs that deliver healthcare data, handle onboarding and account management, and integrate with hospital and partner solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience OR Master’s degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience OR a PhD and 0-2 years experience • Rich experience developing full stack applications, preferably in a cloud environment such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Knowledge of modern Auth and SSO frameworks such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID, and/or SAML • Excellent programming skills in Kotlin, Java, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, Scala, or similar languages • Experience building frontend and backend applications using modern frameworks and technologies • Background building frontend and backend applications in distributed systems using message brokers • Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, MongoDB, or DynamoDB, or RDBMS such as MySQL, Postgres, or Oracle • Familiarity with modern software testing tools and equipment • Experience building cloud-based container components and CI/CD pipelines • Experience working as part of a team building components in a distributed environment • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and manage time to meet schedules and participate in Agile software development • Exposure to GitHub Actions, Helm, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform • Ability to travel 0-5% • Bonus: experience with EHRs such as Epic or Cerner, FHIR integrations, HL7v2, or other healthcare interoperability protocols
