Zudem veranstalten sie Konferenzen und Webinare und bieten Ressourcen im Zusammenhang mit Compliance und bewährten Praktiken im Behinderungsmanagement an.

Beschreibung

• Serve as a subject matter expert in absence and disability management • Contribute to the development and delivery of DMEC’s educational events, products, and services • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure educational offerings comply with federal and state laws and remain relevant • Review and create educational offerings and resources • Moderate and/or produce webinars and virtual conferences, including logistics and technical support • Execute annual content reviews and curriculum updates for training courses • Author or source additional content for assigned projects • Review DMEC publications, conference submissions, webinars, and white papers • Participate in testing and quality assurance for pulse surveys and training development • Serve as the primary contact for learner questions about training content and systems • Assist with development and implementation of DMEC training courses • Plan, execute, and manage member communications such as FAQ Friday and Communities questions • Manage ongoing product distribution for FMLA/ADA Training for Supervisors and Managers • Manage project timelines and collaborate across departments to complete milestones and deliverables

🎯 Anforderungen

• Expert knowledge of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), workers’ compensation, short-term disability, long-term disability, stay-at-work and return-to-work, mental health, and absence management • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to lead and work effectively within and across departments • Excellent communication and written skills • Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects, assimilate feedback from multiple stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines • Bachelor’s degree (human resources or another related field preferred) • 5+ years of experience in the development and/or administration of absence management programs • 1–2 years of managing educational programming or content development preferred • People-management experience preferred • Association experience preferred • ADMS, ARM, CCM, CEBS, CDMS, CLMS, CMP, CPDM, CRCC, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, or similar certification(s)
