Beschreibung

• Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning • Allocate resources and assign projects to ensure optimal team performance • Oversee the design and development of new facility designs and product offerings • Ensure engineering projects meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives • Support implementation of new technologies and integrate product offerings of multiple business units • Drive the product development lifecycle from concept to launch • Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance • Improve current products to enhance performance, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction • Meet with customers to present and develop solutions and product offerings • Partner with sales to identify and evaluate new business opportunities • Provide technical support and innovative solutions for customer requirements and proposals • Translate customer feedback into actionable engineering improvements • Analyze product lines for design and manufacturing optimization • Lead cost reduction, quality improvement, and production efficiency initiatives • Standardize engineering practices and documentation across the organization

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering • 7+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role • Proven experience in facility design, product development, and cross-functional collaboration • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus • Proficiency in process software and engineering tools • Familiarity with fabrication processes and build efficiencies • Background in supporting sales or customer-facing engineering projects • Experience working in a matrixed or multi-site engineering environment
