Beschreibung

• Own a set of Digital Ordering products end to end • Set product strategy, goals, KPIs, and investment priorities • Build business cases, financial models, and operating plans through launch and growth • Lead Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, Marketing, and Support partners cross-functionally • Keep launches on schedule and establish feedback loops for future product development • Analyze complex data and merchant/frontline feedback to guide strategic decisions • Design and launch zero-to-one tests and pilot AI-powered tools • Build demos, prototype agents, and configure internal tooling • Lead merchant discovery interviews and synthesize feedback • Influence product roadmaps and go-to-market priorities • Build repeatable frameworks, processes, enablement, and scalable best practices • Own product growth and help transition DoorDash into a leading B2B SaaS company

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4–7 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or founder-type roles • Experience taking a product or concept from inception through launch and growth • Experience leading cross-functional partners without a fully defined brief • Judgment to set product direction and prioritize business-critical gaps • Ability to devise and execute strategies to achieve business outcomes • Strong analytical background and ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights • SQL proficiency preferred • Ability to lead and influence Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing teams without authority • Experience developing goals and OKRs and owning outcomes • Executive presence and exceptional communication skills • Ability to tailor messaging for sales representatives, executives, and merchants • Experience working closely with Sales or frontline teams • Experience piloting or building with AI tools in real-world workflows • Founder mindset and ability to independently identify and resolve problems • Bachelor's degree required
