Beschreibung

• Communicate clear, compelling narratives, both written and verbal, to influence and align stakeholders, synthesizing insights, business goals, and constraints into actionable recommendations. • Develop and refine customer personas by integrating research insights, performance data, and market trends. • Serve as a subject matter expert on online casino customers, guiding targeting, messaging, and engagement strategies across campaigns. • Analyze competitor marketing strategies, including creative execution, messaging, and positioning, to identify opportunities and inform approach. • Partner with Research, Analytics, and Media teams to translate customer insights into effective campaign strategies and briefs. • Build a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and broader market trends to inform strategic direction. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent, customer-first strategies across channels and touchpoints. • Take ownership of initiatives end-to-end, proactively identifying opportunities, driving work forward, and delivering results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, or customer insights within a business-to-consumer environment. • Experience working with digital or technology brands. • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations. • Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to incorporate new information and act decisively. • A track record of ownership and accountability, with experience driving work independently from concept through execution. • The ability to translate customer research and data into actionable marketing strategies. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners. • A customer-first mindset and curiosity for evolving market trends and consumer behavior.
