Beschreibung

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior, complex, and business-critical roles across multiple functions • Own end-to-end recruitment processes, including proactive sourcing and candidate closing • Develop, implement, and continuously refine recruiting strategies • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders • Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, Legal, and other partners • Identify process gaps, risks, and implement improvements • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives • Leverage recruiting data, market intelligence, and emerging AI-enabled tools • Operate with a high degree of autonomy

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant working experience • Minimum 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Strong stakeholder partnership skills • Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous searches • Solution-oriented mindset • Solid business acumen • Fluency in recruiting data and comfort leveraging AI tools • Track record of delivering consistent hiring outcomes • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting platforms, such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter
