Beschreibung

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and service offerings • Analyze procurement and sourcing data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement in sourcing strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with business objectives • Develop, improve, and monitor supplier performance metrics and conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and sourcing strategies to stakeholders • Support supplier negotiations to achieve favorable terms and conditions while maintaining quality and service standards • Perform procurement activities including PO placement, date management, BO review, and weekly and monthly reports and analytics • Report directly to the Director of Sourcing and Procurement; no direct reports

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analysis • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel or similar software • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders • Proficiency in using ERP systems, data visualization and/or other procurement software and tools for data analytics and reporting • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and methodologies • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work • Ability to foster positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders • Preferred experience working in a corporate, or manufacturing, procurement/sourcing environment • Preferred familiarity with supplier relationship management and performance evaluation techniques • Preferred knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sourcing and procurement • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship by the Company
