Beschreibung

• Lead the strategic design, development, and maintenance of software systems for a healthcare SaaS platform • Design, code, and scale resilient AWS infrastructure and modern Agentic AI systems • Oversee large-scale projects and drive innovation • Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical solutions with business goals • Lead engineers working across departments • Ensure technical excellence through scalable, secure, well-designed, and automated engineering practices • Lead software application and systems design and development • Lead technical execution for autonomous AI agent integrations, LLM workflows, and multi-agent systems • Build and champion production-grade CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and infrastructure-as-code on AWS • Mentor senior engineers, conduct code reviews, uphold code quality standards, and resolve architectural bottlenecks • Develop high-quality, scalable, secure, and performant code • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues through diagnosis, debugging, dependency analysis, and cross-team collaboration • Define project scope, requirements, priorities, and timelines with stakeholders • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, security expectations, regulatory requirements, and internal governance • Participate in Agile ceremonies and remain accountable for sprint deliverables and SDLC execution • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, technology adoption, upskilling, and knowledge sharing • Participate in interviewing, candidate evaluation, goal setting, associate development, performance feedback, and review input • Provide technical direction across teams without direct people-management authority

🎯 Anforderungen

• Expert knowledge of cloud and DevOps engineering, including deep AWS expertise, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code • Proven ability to deploy Agentic AI models, autonomous AI agent integrations, LLM workflows, or multi-agent systems into production • Extensive experience with software engineering methodologies, Agile delivery, SDLC governance, and modern engineering practices • Advanced full-stack development proficiency across user interface, middle tier, backend, APIs, integrations, and related technologies • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, resiliency, security, performance optimization, and non-functional requirements • Advanced knowledge of networking, compute platforms, storage, databases, middleware, systems management, and security practices • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technical initiatives, estimate complex work, manage milestones, and guide technical teams • Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, communication, and strategic planning skills • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, troubleshooting, debugging, and attention to detail in complex distributed systems • Ability to embrace iterative delivery, innovation, continuous improvement, evolving technology trends, and AI-enabled engineering practices • Responsiveness to internal and external customers and ability to balance technical excellence, business priorities, and stakeholder needs • Knowledge of mainframe and/or mid-tier programming (COBOL, ALC, DB2) and file utilities preferred • 8 years of experience in software engineering • 2 years of leadership experience, including leading teams and projects • Experience working with a complicated matrix of stakeholders • Experience deploying Agentic AI models into production environments • Experience with public clouds (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience • Must have legal authority to work in the US
