Beschreibung

• Oversee commercial aspects of client relationships, including program pipeline, product forecast, new product development, pricing, schedules, and escalations • Develop and execute account plans for Cloud Service Providers and other customers to achieve double-digit year-over-year revenue growth • Advocate for clients within the company and maintain high levels of client satisfaction • Manage a diverse team of Key Account Managers responsible for program pipeline and product portfolios • Ensure adherence to the selling process • Collaborate with Marketing to generate sales collateral and proposals • Engage with Product and Engineering teams to understand hardware and services and incorporate client feedback into products • Review and negotiate client-related contracts • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures • Travel internationally 20% or greater

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in complex, multi-stakeholder account management roles focused on large enterprise IT companies • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex business plans and initiatives • 3+ years of experience managing teams of 5 or more, as well as cross-functional contributors • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent • Knowledge of data center and IT markets • Direct contacts at the big 5 hyperscalers in infrastructure or silicon programs • Awareness of data center cooling strategies • Ability to navigate a fast-moving industry • Interest in new technologies
