Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary point of contact for sub-advised provider partners. • Manage provider relationships day to day. • Oversee client initiatives in collaboration with provider client teams. • Lead provider-specific projects with provider business teams. • Drive delivery of services and service enhancements for sponsor and provider relationships. • Align and execute the overall relationship strategy. • Identify and anticipate client and provider requirements and advocate for their needs within EFE. • Execute organizational priorities and corporate objectives. • Implement relationship strategies that drive engagement and enrollment opportunities. • Understand provider clients’ retirement benefits strategies and objectives and align efforts to support mutual goals. • Lead provider service reviews with EFE support teams. • Mobilize internal resources to resolve service requests and issues accurately and promptly. • Facilitate annual due diligence reviews of provider-partner processes, procedures, and service offerings.

• Direct client-facing experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Executive presence and comfort representing EFE externally • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders • Demonstrated project management skills • Ability to manage multiple engagements and projects with precision and attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking, deadline-driven environment • Ability to work with multiple people and teams • 10+ years of Defined Contribution and/or financial services experience • Bachelor’s degree required
