Beschreibung

• Project Portfolio Management: Manage multiple projects within a portfolio, ensuring understanding of organizational goals and priorities. Prioritize projects based on strategic objectives, resource availability, and client needs. • Budget and Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints. Identify opportunities to improve costs and improve project profitability. • Client Relationship & Business Development: Develop relationships with clients, understanding their goals. Identify opportunities for additional business and collaborate with sales team to pursue new projects and opportunities. • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, guiding junior team members and fostering their professional development. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in project management and client engagement. • Risk Management: Evaluates risk assessment for complex projects. Audit projects to identify risk status. Develop and own paths to green resolutions for identified risks. • Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes. Implement Lean, Agile, or similar methodologies to enhance team efficiency, reduce rework, and improve project outcomes. • Change Management & Organizational Transformation: Lead change management initiatives for client projects involving organizational transformation, process improvements, or technology adoption. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies. • Cross-Functional Business Acumen: Apply diverse industry experience (manufacturing, logistics, consulting, etc.) to provide strategic insights and innovative solutions for complex client challenges. • Strategic Advisory: Partner with clients to identify operational improvement opportunities beyond project scope. Provide strategic consulting to drive business value and long-term client success.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or similar field • 7+ years experience as a Project Manager or similar role within a Professional Services, strategic consulting, or operation management organization • 3 - 5 years experience working with AWS Cloud • PMI Certifications (e.g. PMP) • Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master)
