Beschreibung

• Own data and growth experimentation across the full funnel, from landing page through in-app experiences and pricing • Convert paid and organic traffic across self-serve, developer, and enterprise funnels into subscriptions, pipeline, and revenue • Run the experimentation engine end to end: uncover opportunities through funnel and product data, build and prioritize the testing backlog, design and evaluate experiments, and own tracking and reporting • Drive experiments across onboarding, activation, pricing, and monetization • Align paid media, design, engineering, and product teams around one optimization roadmap • Communicate experiment results in terms of subscriptions and pipeline, not only conversion rates

🎯 Anforderungen

• Track record of running high-velocity experimentation programs end to end, including hypothesis, prioritization, test design, and analysis, with measurable revenue impact • Experience running experiments beyond the marketing site, including in-product onboarding, activation, and pricing or monetization • Deep analytics fluency with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, or GA4 • Ability to diagnose funnel drop-off, segment traffic, and attribute outcomes across multi-domain journeys • Strong statistical literacy, including test sizing, avoiding false winners, and selecting appropriate success metrics • Ability to align paid media, design, engineering, and product teams around a shared optimization roadmap • Working front-end web development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React (bonus) • Experience optimizing PLG/self-serve funnels alongside sales-assisted demo/contact-sales funnels (bonus)
