Beschreibung

• Own the tag manager setup end to end, including the server-side GTM container, and review changes proposed by other teams • Work daily with the paid marketing team to fix tracking bugs, set up tracking for landing pages and campaigns, and debug discrepancies between platform conversions and internal data • Build and maintain server-to-server conversion tracking, including Meta CAPI and Google Enhanced Conversions • Validate pixel-versus-server deduplication • Improve tracking script performance and correctness while keeping impact on pagespeed and Core Web Vitals within budget • Enforce consent handling and regional restrictions across markets • Define and document event schemas and UTM conventions • Build monitoring and alerting for the measurement stack • Review pull requests adding conversion events to the main application • Collaborate with product engineering on tracking integrations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills • Comfortable working in frontend code and a production application codebase • Hands-on Google Tag Manager experience, including server-side GTM • Experience implementing at least one server-to-server conversion API, such as Meta CAPI or Google Enhanced Conversions • Experience debugging attribution discrepancies end to end • Experience with pixel-versus-server deduplication • Knowledge of UTM conventions and event schema design • Solid understanding of web performance and Core Web Vitals • Working knowledge of consent and privacy requirements, including Consent Mode v2 and regional restrictions • SQL knowledge for validating tracking data in the warehouse • CDP experience, such as Segment, RudderStack, or Snowplow (bonus) • Experience with product analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, or PostHog, and dbt (bonus) • Next.js experience (bonus) • Exposure to incrementality testing or media mix modelling (bonus)
