Beschreibung

• Diagnose, repair, and renew service faults • Carry out planned preventative maintenance works • Commission new installation products on site • Provide out-of-hours on-call support through a structured rota • Complete tasks and operations within timeline targets and requirements • Self-manage daily activities using a structured handheld system • Operate within agreed operational and supervisory guidelines • Maintain effective internal and external client or user relationships • Deliver Health and Safety policy and standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• Engineering qualification to a minimum NVQ level in a related field • Current technical background, preferably related to building services engineering • Good communication skills and ability to adapt in a fast-moving industry • Experience of building services engineering within district and community heating is desirable • Experience working within the construction industry is desirable • Understanding of communal/district heating is desirable • Experience working as part of a team in a real working environment is desirable • Ability to provide high levels of customer satisfaction is desirable • Minimum 3 years’ experience dealing with technical building services systems and related products • Good technical understanding and previous experience in a similar services industry • Customer-facing experience and understanding of the need to provide high levels of customer satisfaction
