Beschreibung

• Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction services engagements, providing financial due diligence assistance to private equity, mezzanine funds and strategic buyers • Perform quality of earnings, debt and debt-like, and working capital analysis • Understand and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies • Communicate due diligence findings verbally to clients and in a formal written report • Create and design tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, financial reporting, net working capital trends and indebtedness considerations • Ability to lead an engagement and provide real time feedback and guidance to client to ensure timely and efficient product delivery • Leading due diligence meetings with target management • Supervise staff and provide performance feedback • Lead and participate in people development and business development efforts • Willingness to travel (typically around 25-30%)

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university • Current licensed CPA • 8+ years of recent audit, transaction advisory or other relevant experience. Prior transaction advisory services experience required • Big 4, National or large regional firm experience preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Aptitude towards business development • Experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or shareholders towards the successful completion of a project • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting issues • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously (multi-task) • Superior client service focus
