Beschreibung

• Support clients across a variety of industries as they navigate the immigration process and pursue professional opportunities • Conduct legal writing, case management, and thoughtful use of emerging technologies • Research, draft, and prepare persuasive legal briefs and supporting documentation • Prepare comprehensive, well-structured legal briefs for employment-based immigration matters, including EB-1A and EB-1B petitions, EB-2 NIW petitions, and O-1 visas • Conduct legal and industry-specific research to support claims, emphasizing measurable contributions • Draft, review, and edit legal documents for clarity, accuracy, and persuasiveness • Ensure filings comply with legal requirements and deadlines • Utilize collaboration platforms, case management systems, emerging technologies, and digital tools to support teamwork, communication, organization, and client service • Provide coverage for Senior Case Managers by coordinating case setup and billing • Manage client communications and document review • Advance matters in collaboration with the supervising attorney • Perform other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of professional experience in a related field, such as immigration case management/paralegal, legal services/support, document review, or editing • Client-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality service and thoughtful, personalized communication • Experience using advanced digital tools and openness to utilize emerging technologies • Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in dynamic, high-volume work settings • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe • Previous experience or exposure to STEM fields preferred • Exceptional legal drafting, editing, research, and analytical skills • Ability to synthesize complex technical or scientific information and apply it in legal analysis and drafting • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively • Ability to perform the role within the United States
