Beschreibung

• Partner with the CPPO on the design of e2L's professional learning strategy, programs, and standards, and own their execution across the organization • Own scheduling and coordination of e2L University sessions, including Weekly 1:1s, Quarterly WeGrowe Connections, Semi-Annual Growe Groups, 360 Feedback windows, and the Growe Talent Development Series • Maintain professional learning materials and resources in the GroweLab platform • Track attendance, completion, and participation data across e2L University pillars • Administer competency-based Buerk Rubrics • Own logistics for onsite and virtual professional learning days, including scheduling, materials, and facilitator communication • Prepare facilitators and coaches with materials and session logistics • Gather and synthesize session feedback to improve future delivery • Facilitate the video calibration process and align coaches and observers on Buerk Rubric scoring • Schedule calibration sessions and prepare video recordings, rubrics, and supporting materials • Track calibration outcomes, flag rating inconsistencies, and follow up on scoring alignment • Coordinate Professional Learning Tiger Team meetings, action items, documentation, plans, cadence, and deliverables • Coordinate new-team-member onboarding, including scheduling, materials, and connecting hires to e2L University resources • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to the Chief People & Performance Officer and collaborate with the People Operations team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred • 2–4 years of experience in professional learning, coaching, or talent development • Experience with engage2learn's GROWE coaching model, or a comparable competency-based coaching framework • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to independently own and run recurring programs • Comfort using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and the GroweLab platform • Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills • Experience in K-12 education and/or EdTech strongly preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Comfort facilitating group discussion and reviewing video-based coaching observations • Background checks and drug screening will be required
