Beschreibung

• Respond to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals, consumers, and payers • Identify, research, and critically evaluate medical literature to create inquiry responses • Write adverse event and product complaint narratives and custom medical inquiry responses • Handle requests through phone, email, CRM, chat, and other channels • Identify adverse events and product complaints during customer interactions • Perform intake for adverse event and product complaint reports in compliance with standard operating procedures • Apply FDA postmarketing adverse event reporting regulations and safety terminology • Coordinate product quality complaint processes with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and complainants • Maintain product, therapeutic area, and client-specific knowledge • Develop Medical Information content including FAQs, Scientific Response Documents, and Custom Response Documents • Staff scientific medical affairs booths • Perform assigned on-call responsibilities • Conduct market and competitive product research • Support operational and process improvements, field team training, and field liaison activities • Maintain and contribute to process and customer-service metrics

🎯 Anforderungen

• Advanced healthcare degree preferred (PharmD or higher) • Strong clinical background • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Pharmacist license preferred • Experience in a Contact Center and Pharmaceutical industry environment preferred • Proficiency with telephony, Medical Information database, Microsoft Office, and video conference platforms • Therapeutic expertise • Ability to critically evaluate medical literature • Knowledge of Medical Information contact center systems and processes • Experience in Drug Information or a specialty area, particularly Oncology, Hematology, Immunology, rare disease, Neurology, Cardiology, or other specialty preferred • Ability to work full time and maintain flexible scheduling • Ability to travel up to 10% • Ability to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods, walk, talk, and hear • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
