Beschreibung

• Oversee and lead development and deployment of strategic digital products and solutions • Ensure target business benefits are delivered as part of EVERSANA's digital growth strategy • Engage with senior executives and report on initiative status and performance • Partner with EVERSANA ESS to connect organizational capabilities and activate additional services • Ensure flawless execution of EVERSANA ESS activities • Lead the EVERSANA ESS Sales & Marketing plan with commercial marketing • Partner with agency account and new business teams to drive awareness and sales • Assist with new business pitch preparation and presentations • Lead Affinity Marketplace SOW addendum workstream and support Affinity data partnerships • Manage the Omnichannel Advisory Council and customer engagements, including interviews, feedback synthesis, and event planning • Liaise with third-party media vendors and internal media teams • Contribute to the omnichannel engine product roadmap • Support standard operating procedures for product implementation and handoff • Define project approaches and plans for omnichannel initiatives with account, strategy, PMO, implementation, and product teams • Oversee work plans, timelines, priorities, and milestones; manage internal and external resources to completion • Set strategic direction, lead and develop teams, manage budgets and resources, maintain stakeholder relationships, promote continuous improvement, ensure compliance, represent the organization at industry events, and lead community and sustainability initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline • 18+ years of product leadership/management experience on digital products and/or technology-driven solutions • 10+ years of traditional project/program management experience, including managing project managers • Experience with Agile teams and rolling out Agile to an organization; some projects may be hybrid • 10+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional, and global project teams • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, written communication, and verbal communication skills • Collaborative work style • Excellent organizational skills; ability to perform detail-oriented work accurately, handle several assignments simultaneously, maintain confidential information, and produce timely reports • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Ability to interpret extensive technical instructions and handle abstract and concrete variables • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web browsers
