Beschreibung

• Support system administration, including business process configuration and design of Workday HR. • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy high-quality solutions in an Agile framework. • Identify system pain points, determine root causes, and develop Workday solutions for short-term and long-term requirements. • Identify and manage project dependencies and downstream impacts. • Design and develop custom reports. • Configure and administer security in compliance with policies and procedures. • Provide end-user support through root cause analysis and ticketing-system issue resolution. • Create and maintain documentation for design, configuration, and testing of changes and enhancements. • Independently manage design and development deliverables. • Support Workday release activities. • Train, coach, and mentor team members.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree. • 7+ years experience with an HR ERP system development role (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.) troubleshooting and resolving environment issues for enterprise software applications. • At least 5 years of experience in Workday HCM with expertise in multiple modules. • Strong knowledge of Workday Security. • Proficient in Workday report writing (custom, advanced, matrix, and composite), dashboards, and hubs. • Strong understanding of APIs, data serialization formats (CSV, XML, JSON), and software integration best practices. • Proficiency in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), XSLT, data transformation, Core Connectors, and PECI, payroll integrations. • Experience with BIRT for creating custom reports and managing reporting needs within Workday. • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to architect and design scalable solutions. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. • Strong coding skills in JSON, APIs, and Web Services. • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools such as Workday AI/Agents, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies. • Ability to identify and implement process improvements by combining HR domain knowledge, system expertise, and automation capabilities. • Preferred: Experience with Workday Studio and BIRT and designing business document layouts. • Preferred: Experience as a technical lead on a large full life-cycle implementation of Workday HCM. • Preferred: Workday certifications. • High-speed internet over 10 Mbps at home. • All candidates must complete a comprehensive background check and in-person I-9 verification; may be subject to drug screening prior to employment. • Final interviews may require onsite attendance.
