Beschreibung

• Provide internal partners with support on regulatory compliance requirements and consumer credit services issues • Perform gap assessments of business-unit and functional-area procedural documents against Global Policies • Develop action plans with business lines to address control breakdowns • Track timely remediation of regulatory issues and process improvements • Collaborate with Legal, Information Security, Governmental Affairs, and business teams • Maintain understanding of business-line operating processes, strategies, products, and services • Participate as subject-matter expert in regulatory examinations • Collect and analyze exam data, documents, and requested information • Deliver ad hoc regulatory requests with the Regulatory Exam Manager within specified SLAs • Prepare and present materials for regulatory meetings • Build productive relationships and influence stakeholders to achieve targeted results • Report to the Compliance Director

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Three years' experience in regulatory risk and compliance/audit processes • Knowledge of federal and state privacy laws and regulations, including FCRA, FACTA, and GLBA, preferably from a consumer reporting agency perspective • Working knowledge of applicable privacy and consumer laws and regulations • Ability to understand complex business issues and develop practical resolving strategies • Ability to work independently and in team settings • Strong research, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills • Attention to detail and ability to ask the right questions and make connections
