Beschreibung

• Define and execute product strategy by assessing market needs, developing customer-focused requirements and roadmaps, and analyzing market trends and competitive dynamics • Oversee and evolve identity resolution products leveraging identity graphs across online and offline environments • Translate customer needs into clear product and technical requirements • Partner with engineering and product owners to deliver new features and enhancements • Manage the full product lifecycle, including roadmap, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and ongoing optimization • Monitor performance metrics such as match rates, accuracy, coverage, and latency • Assess AdTech and MarTech market needs involving offline and digital identity convergence • Guide innovation projects with strategy, data science, and development teams to test new MVPs • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, and Privacy teams • Ensure agreement on privacy, data governance, and contractual requirements • Participate in trade association working groups such as NAI and IAB • Report to the Group Product Director

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing • 3+ years of product management experience overseeing roadmaps and delivering products and enhancements • 5+ years of hands-on experience with identity resolution use cases in AdTech/MarTech • Understanding of identity constructs including PII, cookies, MAIDs, IP, and hashed identifiers • Experience with 1st-party/CRM data, data quality principles, identity linkage, and customer data platforms • Exposure to clean room environments and crosswalk solutions • Understanding of privacy frameworks and data governance in identity-driven products • Experience promoting product success in the market and driving product strategy and direction • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
